Biography

Bruce Omondi is a dedicated Boxing and Fitness Coach with over 9 years of professional coaching experience, helping individuals transform their fitness, strength, and overall lifestyle through structured training and discipline. He is a certified Level 2 coach under the International Boxing Association (IBA) and a certified HIIT coach through the International Trainers & Educators Association (ITEA). Bruce combines technical boxing knowledge with modern high-intensity training methods to deliver effective, results-driven fitness programs.

In addition to coaching, Bruce is also an active professional boxer competing in the Cruiserweight division, currently holding an undefeated record of 2 wins, 0 losses, and 0 draws. Bruce is deeply passionate about empowering people to build strength, improve endurance, and develop confidence through fitness. His training approach focuses not only on physical performance but also on long-term health, discipline, and sustainable lifestyle transformation.
